Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-04

terms

This is a generic template a product customizes before launch — not reviewed legal advice for any specific jurisdiction, business or product.

These terms govern your use of this product. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you are confirming you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

This product is provided as a hosted, subscription-style service. Features, plans and usage limits are described in-app and may change over time; material changes to a paid plan you are already on take effect at renewal, not mid-cycle.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

An organization account may have multiple members with different roles; the organization is responsible for who it invites and what access it grants them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break any law applicable to you or to us.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service — attempting to bypass rate limits, scraping at volume, or attacking its infrastructure.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload.
  • Use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate another person.

4. Fees and billing

Where the service offers paid plans, fees are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep what you already paid for until then. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account after reasonable notice.

5. Your data

You own the content you put into the service. You can request a full export of your data, or permanently erase your account and the data attached to it, at any time from your account's data settings — see the Privacy Notice for what "erase" actually removes and what it retains.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical. You may stop using the service, and erase your account, at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. A meaningful change bumps the version shown above and re-prompts you to accept it the next time you sign in.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: replace this line with your organization's designated contact for legal correspondence (a mailbox such as legal@your-domain.example, or a registered postal address where required by local law).
